Revocable and irrevocable Trusts dispose of a decedent’s assets through Trusts.  Just like a Will, a Trust document must be properly signed and witnessed. Quite often, a Trust document is improperly drafted or signed, or a trustee fails to fulfill required duties and obligations. Mark R.
