In more than two decades of Estate and Trust litigation, Mark R. Manceri has represented beneficiaries, guardians, personal representatives and trustees in virtually all types of estate and trust disputes. The wisdom he has gained solving those problems puts him in the position to help virtually every individual and family, no matter how unique the facts of their case.

Mr. Manceri has earned Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates from the Florida Bar Legal Specialization & Education Department, which required passing a rigorous examination; peer review of his legal abilities, character and ethics; and regular continuing education in his specialty field to ensure he remains current with ever-changing estate and trust laws. This certification is the only means in Florida for an attorney to be considered a “specialist.”

Mr. Manceri also is AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory, which signifies very high ethical standards and very high to preeminent legal ability, as rated by his peers.

The firm focuses on Estate, Trust and probate litigation, including Will and Trust contests involving undue influence, lack of capacity or interference with an inheritance; creditor’s claims; homestead rights; pre- and post-marital agreements; spousal rights; beneficiary designations; removal of personal representatives, trustees and guardians; and joint bank and brokerage account disputes.

Mr. Manceri is frequently called to testify as an expert witness in Estate and Trust proceedings.

The firm also serves as counsel to Banks and other corporate fiduciaries administering Estates and Trusts. Those corporate clients often refer individual clients to Mr. Manceri because of his knowledge and experience.
